In addition to the traditional "Chicago ball park" hot dog, Hot Doug's offers a wide variety of tasty sausages including the "Elvis", "Bardot" and "Charlie" dog. We had the duck sausage with foie gras and truffle aioli. The lamb sausage was truly excellent. Every Friday and Saturday they offer duck fat fries - Pommes Frites fried in duck fat...certainly not low calorie but really delicious...share an order and enjoy! Always a line up, but well worth the wait.
