St. Stephen's Tavern Pub

Famous for being the nearest pub to Big Ben himself, St. Stephen's tavern looks back on some amazing history. Founded back in the 1870s, the place oozes old British charme with an impeccable dark wooden construction. One simply cannot miss a visit, especially with the amazing view of Big Ben and the parliament right across the street. One would think this pub is packed with tourists, however locals love to come here as well, especially for that typical London "after work beer" (people would stand outside on the street rather than sit inside, a very London-y thing to do - and also cheaper - same princible like in Italy). The pub offers a large selection of locally brewed beers (mostly family businesses) as well as AMAZING beef burgers. Children under 18 are allowed in (doesn't happen too often in London).
